SURRENDER

Surrendering your Boston Terrier to BTRSA:

  • Please complete this form with as much information as possible. If you are surrendering more than 1 pet, please complete a surrender form for each pet.
  • Please attach a copy of their vet book with updated 5-in-1 Vaccinations & Rabies proof, not older than 11 months.
  • We will try our best to assist you with the rehoming of your Bostie.
  • We will advise where you should drop your Bostie off as soon as we have a foster home confirmed.
  • Please supply a 10kg bag of dog food and bed for your dog.
  • Should you be able to find a home for your dog with family or friends, we can still assist with the process to help you rehome responsibility. Talk to us about this.
  • Rehoming pets can take weeks / months. Please don’t leave this till the last minute. If we do not have space at a foster home, we will require kenneling and the cost of that is R70 per dog per day depending on the area.
